TermsBy accessing and using Daily Quest (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Daily Quest, governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Daily Quest. Users aged 13-17 may use the platform with verifiable parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and may suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Daily Quest provides a marketplace platform connecting customers with local businesses for:
Quest completion is subject to verification by participating businesses. Rewards and point values are determined by each business and may change at any time.
Daily Quest offers a free plan for business owners (Quest Givers) that includes:
Free plan limits are enforced by the platform. Attempting to circumvent these limits (e.g., by creating multiple accounts) violates §6 of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Paid subscription tiers unlock additional quests, features, and campaign durations. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented to you at the point of upgrade and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We will provide at least 15 days' notice before any changes to subscription pricing take effect.
Quest Rewards: Daily Quest acts as a marketplace platform and is not the primary obligor for quest rewards offered by individual businesses. If a business fails to honor advertised quest rewards without valid justification, you may escalate the dispute to our support team at support@dailyquest.co. We will conduct a good-faith review and facilitate mediation between you and the business. Repeated non-compliance by a business may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, GCash, PayMaya, Debit/Credit Cards (via external terminals)
Currency: All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱)
Payment Processing: We do NOT store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials. All card payments are processed through external PCI-DSS compliant providers. We only record the payment method used and transaction status.
Transaction Records: All transaction records are retained for 10 years to comply with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements under the National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC) Section 235.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction or service date. Requests are assessed jointly by the business and Daily Quest based on: (a) whether the product or service was delivered as described, (b) applicable consumer rights under RA 7394, and (c) any agreement between you and the business.
Platform service fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for defective products or services not rendered as promised, regardless of platform policy.
If you operate a business on Daily Quest, you agree to:
Daily Quest may charge a platform commission on transactions. Commission rates and payment terms will be communicated to business owners separately and may be updated with reasonable notice.
You may NOT use Daily Quest to:
Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action if necessary.
All content, features, and functionality on Daily Quest (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data compilations) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from Daily Quest without our express written permission.
User-Generated Content: By submitting content to Daily Quest (including product reviews, photos, and business descriptions), you grant Daily Quest a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You may request removal of your content at any time, subject to applicable data retention obligations.
Your use of Daily Quest is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
By using Daily Quest, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data as provided under Philippine law.
Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), you have the right to:
If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or seek legal remedies under Philippine law.
Daily Quest is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Platform Role: Daily Quest acts as a marketplace platform connecting customers and businesses. We are NOT responsible for:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Quest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Daily Quest shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₱5,000, whichever is greater.
Note: These limitations do not affect consumer rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines that cannot be waived by contract.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
Notice Period: We will provide reasonable notice before termination unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.
Data Retention: Upon account termination, your data will be soft-deleted and retained for 90 days for recovery purposes. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted, except for transaction records which are retained for 10 years for BIR compliance. See our Data Retention Policy for details.
Appeal Process: If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may contact support@dailyquest.co to appeal the decision within 15 business days.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
Continued use of Daily Quest after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with material changes, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect by contacting support@dailyquest.co. Closing your account before the effective date means you are not bound by the modified terms.

Regulatory Compliance: Daily Quest operates in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including those administered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Daily Quest shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet disruptions, telecommunications failures, pandemic or public health emergencies, civil unrest, or acts of third parties. We will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Data Retention Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Daily Quest regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Daily Quest.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Daily Quest, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
Daily Quest reserves the right to assume exclusive control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, at your expense. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. This indemnification obligation does not limit any rights you hold under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) or other mandatory Philippine law that cannot be excluded by contract.
By using Daily Quest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
